Our classes are taught by Certified instructors. We have classes for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced students.
KIDS MUAY THAI & BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU CLASSES.
Our classes are for children, ages 5 to 12 years old. Classes run Mondays through Fridays.

We have Free Open Sparring on Monday evenings from 8p to 9pm, and Saturday mornings from 11:30am to 1pm. All gyms are welcomed to join us for some fun, friendly sparring.
